Moreover, we know that sometimes EUC users can have session problems completely unrelated to profile disks, leading to black screens, sluggishness, or other issues. In those scenarios, they may be able to disconnect from their session but not have any means to log their session out so they can be brokered back to a healthy session host. Our Session Savior ™ RemoteApp fixes these problems as well, as it gives them a way to independently logout desktop or RemoteApp sessions that are no longer working. Hosted on a different session host on a different RDS collection or AVD host pool, any user experiencing a problem can access Session Savior independently to logout their stuck desktops and other RemoteApps.
