We offer convenient pricing models for small businesses to large enterprises including monthly subscription licensing.
Licensing Options for the Remote Desktop Commander Suite
Our Remote Desktop Commander Suite – including our Remote Desktop Reporter – is licensed based on the number of Terminal Servers, workstations, and virtual desktops it is collecting data from, not on the number of computers where it is installed.
A unique computer or virtual machine running Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, or Windows 10 Enterprise Multiuser for Windows Virtual Desktop that is polled by our remote desktop monitoring software requires a server license.
A unique computer or virtual machine/virtual desktop running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10 (single user / non Windows Virtual Desktop) that is polled by our remote desktop monitoring software requires a workstation license.
You can license our Remote Desktop Commander Suite software on a monthly subscription basis, annual subscription basis, or on a perpetual basis. If you have any questions about what is most appropriate for your needs, please reach out to us.
Licensing Options for Remote Desktop Commander Premium Features
Our Premium Management Features for Remote Desktop Commander, including our SuperShadow utility and RDS Management Delegation Wizard, are licensed based on the number of administrators and help desk / support staff users that will use those features inside the Remote Desktop Commander client. For instance, if you had 2 administrators and 8 support staff that need to use these features, you would purchase 10 user licenses.
You can license the Premium Management Features on a monthly or annual subscription basis. If you have any questions about what is most appropriate for your needs, please reach out to us.
Licensing Options for Remote Desktop Canary
Our Remote Desktop Canary RDS synthetic login monitoring tool is licensed based on the number of recurring testing workflows it conducts against distinct RDS collections and/or RDS servers in your environment. For instance, if you have an RDS environment with 3 different collections/farms you need to test against, you would need 3 workflow licenses. We sell our workflow licensing in bundles.
You can license Remote Desktop Canary on a monthly or annual subscription basis. If you have any questions about how many workflows you need, or if you need to monitor more than 5 RDS collections/farms, please reach out to us.
