Greetings! Your support technician has sent you to this website to download our RDPSoft Client Side Connection Auditor. This is a small tool that retrieves diagnostic information about your computer and Remote Desktop Services/Azure Virtual Desktop connection so that your technician can better troubleshoot your connectivity issues. No personal information is collected, only information about RDS/AVD connection errors, RDS/AVD related registry settings, installed Windows updates, and your version of Windows. Furthermore, all collected information is stored in an encrypted fashion.
To get started, download the appropriate version of the tool for your operating system. Once downloaded, run the tool. A few seconds later, the tool will prompt you to email the results back to your technician, or save the results to a file on disk, which you can transmit back to your technician via whatever method you wish.
