Often we have managed and cloud service providers who want to have two (or more) independent deployments for their own customers, etc. In order to keep that separate in licensing, we require that a distinct email address be used for each individual customer subscription.

We recommend that the MSP/CSP sets up email aliases on their end to accomplish that goal (e.g. mycustomer1@mycompany.com, mycustomer2@mycompany.com), where these aliases ultimately resolve back to a central email account to receive purchasing notifications, order receipts, etc.
