The Geolocate RDS Logons and Logon Failures Dashboard Shows a Blank Screen Instead of a Global Map
Issue: To date, the Remote Desktop Commander Suite has used the online Stamen Map Tiles Provider to display a global map overlay for geolocated IP address information about RDS logons and logon failures. In October 2023, the Stamen Map Tiles Provider was discontinued, causing Remote Desktop Commander to display a blank screen instead of a map.
Resolution: To resolve the issue, please request an upgrade to the Remote Desktop Commander Suite Version 6.5.5 maintenance release. This new release accesses a new online Map Tiles Provider to resolve the issue.
