Activating Subscription Licensing Online
When you first subscribe to the Remote Desktop Commander Suite, you will be emailed a valid license file for your first subscription month. Afterwards, if you need to re-activate the software for any reason, please enter your customer service number and email address that was emailed to you with the license file when you started your subscription, and then choose “Activate/Upgrade License Online.” Provided your subscription is still valid, your current subscription license will be downloaded and installed, and will be updated automatically as long as your subscription is maintained.
